Six Months Later After Egypt Journey

Somewhere in the background, there has been a quiet experience that I have not been able to ignore. However, sometimes I have been completely lost and had to question everything. Now, in retrospect, I feel that I have been supported the whole time.
As a child, I felt that one of the most supportive and beautiful places was my home church. Not because of the building, but because there a small person could sense that there was something bigger than themselves. Still, I carried a little shame that came with it.
After the trip to Egypt, memories also came to mind. One of them was from the elementary school ice skating rink. I had closed my eyes, slid forward, and said to my friend:
“Nothing can happen to me because the Lord is with me.”
This memory stopped me. Maybe because I understood that I had never lost touch. I had just grown further away from the language of the world, that is, from that silent understanding that a child still recognizes naturally.
Now my thoughts return to last November, the trip Emel organized to Egypt, where the most powerful experiences were focused on the inside of the pyramid. We spent two nights in the pyramid and when we arrived at the queen's chamber, the feeling was at the same time warm, familiar and perhaps exactly the same as what I had anticipated as a child. I could have stayed there much longer, although my sense of time was completely lost there – perhaps even the meaning of the entire concept of time seemed to disappear almost completely in the pyramid.
The king's chamber, on the other hand, was a very powerful experience and inexplicable in terms of its sound. In short, the experiences in the pyramid were reminiscent of returning home, from which I had never really been separated.
Before the trip, I had experienced uncertainty in certain circles. That kind of silent questioning, where a person is viewed through age, words or external definitions. However, something felt different in Egypt.
