​Other than the day to day life and program in Alma, we are also hosting from time to time special retreats. We are working in cooperation with “Prana Productions”, which creates retreats for incredible teachers from around the world. Some of those retreats happen in Alma’s space, some of them happen outside, in other retreat centers around Costa Rica.

A retreat is a safe space to go even deeper with a specific subject and discover yourself in it.
You CAN join our retreats without being a part of Alma’s community.
